About the company
An institution being built, not a personal brand.
The Queenie Effect Pty Ltd is the operating company behind the Category Of One Business System, the four programs that deliver it, the faculty being certified to teach it, and the publishing surface that carries it. It is structured to compound past its founder.
Founding context
Founded in 2015 to productise a decade of mentorship.
Elsa Morgan founded the company in 2015 after building, losing, and rebuilding two of her own businesses. The first ended in bankruptcy. The second became the proof set for what is now the Category Of One Business System — the framework the company productises, certifies, and delivers.
The full personal arc lives on Elsa's site: Read her story →
This page is about the company, not the founder. The two are deliberately separate.
Mission
One million women into wealth — across a 25-year arc.
The long-arc mission is to put one million women operators into durable wealth — not a marketing claim, an asset target. We define wealth as a business that throws off recurring profit, an investable balance sheet, and the time to use both.
The number is deliberately large and deliberately patient. We expect it to take 25 years and three generations of faculty. The Membership tier is the surface that makes the math possible — high-ticket alone cannot reach the audience the mission requires.
If the company is sold or transitions leadership before the mission is complete, the mission travels with the entity, not with any one person. That is the point of the architecture.
How the company is structured
A parent brand, a founder profile, a faculty, four programs, and a certification body.
The Queenie Effect Pty Ltd — parent company
Owns the IP, the trademarks, the four product brands, the case study bench, and the certification track. Every commercial transaction lives here.
Elsa Morgan — founder profile
A separate marketing surface at elsamorgan.com. Carries the personal story, the podcast, speaking, and press. Sends commercial intent back to the company.
Faculty — certified delivery
A roster of certified coaches who deliver Academy and, in time, Inner Circle. Elsa is one named coach inside it, not the entire delivery surface.
Four programs — the ladder
Membership (recurring), Academy (cohort), Inner Circle (private), and EmpowerYOU (event). One ladder, one underlying system, four different price-and-intensity points.
Certification body — coming 2026
A 12-month program training and licensing coaches in the Category Of One System. The asset that lets the framework outlive any one delivery hand.
Team
Currently small. Deliberately so.
We are hiring two roles in the next 12 months. The architecture supports a faculty of five and an operations team of three by year four. Today, the team is small and named.
Elsa Morgan
Founder · Senior Faculty
Built the system. Leads Inner Circle. Will certify the first faculty cohort in 2026.
Operations Lead
Incoming · 2026
Owns delivery operations across all four programs. Reports to the founder. Decoupled from coaching.
Faculty Director
Incoming · 2026
Owns faculty recruitment, certification standards, and ongoing quality assurance. The role that makes the company sellable.
Guiding principles
How the company operates.
Decisions inside the company are tested against this list. If a tactic violates one, it does not ship — even if it works in the short term.
Programs are run by the company, not by the founder alone.
Every cohort is structured to be deliverable by any certified faculty member. The founder is one named hand, not the only one.
Every faculty coach is certified to a documented standard.
The standard is public. The certification is renewable. Coaches who fall below standard are not on the roster.
Outcomes are published with named permission or not at all.
No anonymous testimonials. No vague "five-figure days." The bench is named, dated, sourced, and verifiable.
Recurring revenue is the floor, not the ceiling.
The Membership exists so the business is not a discretionary-spend bet. High-ticket sits on top of recurring, not in place of it.
We do not chase aesthetic trends.
Editorial restraint over category template. The brand should look like a company a sophisticated buyer could acquire, not like a category coach.
The framework is taught at marketing depth and delivered at paid depth.
The pillars are public so they can be cited. The implementation playbook lives behind paid access. Both are deliberate.
Refund policy is a feature, not a fine print.
Membership is cancel-anytime. Academy is pro-rata. Inner Circle is non-refundable once accepted. Each policy is named, public, and enforced.
The company optimises for enterprise value, not founder visibility.
Choices that grow the founder's audience but weaken the company's saleability lose to choices that compound the asset.
