Privacy, terms, refunds, accessibility.

Form submissions you send us (name, email, phone if provided, message body). Email addresses you give us to receive the Scorecard, the newsletter, or program updates. Pseudonymous analytics — pages visited, referrer, broad device class — via PostHog and Plausible. Payment information for Membership and program purchases is collected and stored by Stripe; we do not see card numbers.

No third-party advertising trackers. No Facebook pixel. No Google Ads remarketing tags. No session recording of page interactions. No data sharing with brokers or list aggregators. If a future tool changes this, we will update this section before turning it on.

To respond to enquiries, deliver programs you have purchased, send you content you have asked for, and improve the site. Email lists are used for our own communications only. We do not sell, rent, or trade lists.

Active client records for the duration of the engagement plus seven years (Australian Tax Office requirement). Marketing list entries until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Form submissions for one year unless attached to an active engagement.

Email privacy@thequeenieeffect.com. We acknowledge within 5 business days and complete within 30 days. There is no cost. We will require proof of identity for deletion of records older than 12 months.

We use a single first-party session cookie for site functionality. Plausible analytics is cookieless. PostHog uses first-party cookies for funnel analysis — these can be disabled by sending a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, contact us first. If unresolved, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or, for EU residents, your local data protection authority.

Participation in Membership, Academy, Inner Circle, or EmpowerYOU requires acceptance of these terms and the program-specific agreement provided at checkout or application. Where the two conflict, the program-specific agreement wins.

The Category Of One Business System™, the four pillars, all framework documentation, faculty training materials, member-only library content, and program curricula are the property of The Queenie Effect Pty Ltd. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside your own business while your engagement is active. You may not republish, resell, white-label, or train AI models on this material without written permission.

We publish named case studies with named results. Those are real outcomes for those operators. They are not a promise of your outcome. Business results depend on factors outside our control — your market, your execution, your existing assets, macro conditions. We make no income claims and no guarantees of revenue, traffic, conversion, or any other outcome.

Programs are professional environments. We reserve the right to remove participants for harassment, plagiarism of program materials, breach of confidentiality of other participants' information, or sustained disruption. Removal forfeits any unused balance per the refund policy.

What is shared inside a cohort or 1:1 engagement stays inside it. This applies to faculty, to The Queenie Effect, and to other participants. Breach is grounds for removal and, where commercially material, legal action.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is to be raised in writing to legal@thequeenieeffect.com first; if unresolved within 30 days, parties agree to mediation in Sydney before litigation. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to active clients by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after that date constitutes acceptance.

If you join the Membership and decide it isn't a fit within the first 14 days, email billing@thequeenieeffect.com and we will refund the full first month with no questions. After 14 days, the membership is cancel-anytime — your access continues to the end of the current billing period and does not renew. We do not pro-rate within a month.

If you withdraw from an Academy cohort before the end of week 3, you receive a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the program (calculated on weeks remaining out of 12, less a $400 administration fee). After week 3, no refund — the cohort cost is committed at that point and your seat is no longer recoverable for another participant.

Inner Circle is application-only and capacity-constrained. Accepting an invitation removes a seat from the cohort that cannot be re-sold. The program is non-refundable from the moment of acceptance. We are direct about this on the application page, in the offer document, and at signature. The policy exists to enforce seriousness — anyone who needs the option to withdraw should not accept the invitation.

Refunds available up to 30 days before the event date. Inside 30 days, your ticket is transferable to another attendee but not refundable. If the event is cancelled by us for any reason, full refunds are issued automatically within 14 days.

Email billing@thequeenieeffect.com with your name, the program, and the date of purchase. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Stripe processing windows mean it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Semantic HTML throughout. Skip-to-content links on every page. Visible focus states. Colour contrast tested at AA minimums against background and accent colours. Keyboard navigation tested across primary user flows. Form errors announced to assistive tech. Video content captioned. Library articles structured with logical heading hierarchy.

The interactive Scorecard tool is currently mouse-and-keyboard friendly but has not yet been audited end-to-end with screen readers. We are scheduled to complete that audit in Q3 2026. Some legacy library articles imported from the prior site have not been re-checked for AA contrast on inline graphics.

Email accessibility@thequeenieeffect.com with the URL, the issue, and the assistive tech you use. We acknowledge within 2 business days and provide a fix or workaround within 14 days for AA-blocking issues.

Any program material is available in plain-text or large-print on request. Live cohort sessions can be transcribed on request with 5 business days notice.
