How the bench works

What you're looking at, and what you're not.

Each case study is published with written permission.

No "Sarah K., Entrepreneur" entries. Every name is real, every business is searchable, every contact is reachable through the linked site.

Revenue figures are verifiable.

Where revenue is publicly disclosed by the client, we link to it. Where it is private, the client signs an attestation we keep on file and produce on request for sophisticated buyers, partners, or press.

We name what changed and what didn't.

Each case maps to which of the four pillars moved, what artifacts shipped, and what stayed the same. Causation, not correlation.

We don't include unverifiable wins.

"Five-figure days," "fully booked launches," and unattributed revenue claims are not on the bench. If a buyer can't verify it, we don't publish it.

The bench is curated by faculty quarterly. Inclusion requires a minimum 6-month engagement, a documented before/after, and a signed permission. New cases added 4× per year.

Start where the bench started

Every case study above started with the Scorecard. It is the same diagnostic our faculty runs in week one of every engagement.
