This separation is deliberate. The Queenie Effect is built to operate without her.
Background
How the system got built
Two companies. The first one bankrupted me. The second one taught me what I didn't know the first time. The Category Of One Business System is the documentation of what worked, what failed, and what's reproducible — across more than 400 women-led companies and eleven industries since 2015.
My current focus is the company past me: building the Faculty, formalising the certification body, and proving the system works without my face on it. The full personal arc lives at elsamorgan.com/story.
